Hypefox OS
The operating system for serious business.
One desktop, in a browser tab, for the whole estate you run. Applications are URLs rather than installs: point it at a Velrix cloud and Velrix arrives as a folder, with Cockpit, Files, Terminal and Billing opening in real windows. Every product Hypefox builds is designed to arrive the same way, which means the machine in front of you stops mattering and the tab becomes the workplace.
Availability
Velrix is in pilot. Clouds are set up together with us, and Hypefox OS is a demo for pilot customers.
Everything, as an app
Every Hypefox product on one desktop
An application here is an address, so a product does not have to be installed, updated or bundled to appear on it. Velrix does this in the pilot today. What Hypefox builds next is built to arrive the same way.
Velrix
Installs from any Velrix cloud you run, as a folder holding its own windows. Thirty clouds is thirty folders on one screen.
Hypefox ERP
The business layer, designed to install exactly as Velrix does. It is in development, and it will arrive as an app on this desktop.
Your own applications
The contract is published and open: anything that serves a manifest and an entry module installs here, including software your own team writes.
Why it matters
The workplace stops being a machine
The whole estate, one screen
Every cloud, project and terminal side by side, instead of a browser full of tabs.
Nothing on the endpoint
A new laptop works the moment a tab opens, with nothing to install, patch or leave behind.
Never out of date
The interface loads from the instance each time, so it is as current as the system serving it.
Each app in its own origin
An app runs in the origin that serves it, with its own session. The desktop supplies the frame.
How it works
Applications you point at, not install
Applications are URLs
Installing an application means giving the OS an address. The interface downloads from there and stays current with it.
The same windows
A panel opened here is that cloud's own, served by that control plane rather than copied. The window manager is the one Velrix already uses.
Every cloud, one screen
A reseller with thirty Velrix clouds gets thirty folders and one desktop. Switching customer is opening a folder.
Nothing installed
It runs in a browser tab. Nothing is installed on the machine, so there is nothing to keep patched on it.

Hypefox OS is demonstrated to pilot customers. Tell us which Velrix clouds you run, or want to, and we will set the desktop up against them.
