Investor relations

A company that owns what it sells.

Hypefox AB builds and operates cloud platforms on hardware and network we run ourselves. This page collects what an investor asks first: how the company earns, what it runs on, and who to write to.
The case

Why the model holds

Four structural facts about the company, not projections.
Owned infrastructure
Every platform runs on hardware and networks we operate ourselves. No hyperscaler invoice between revenue and margin, and performance is ours to fix.
One platform, many brands
New brands launch on infrastructure that is already built and already paid for. Each one adds revenue against a cost base that barely moves.
European data sovereignty
Demand for EU-owned, EU-operated hosting keeps growing. Hypefox is Swedish, the hardware is in Malmö, and no foreign parent sits above the stack.
Internally financed
Growth so far has been paid for from operations. The company is privately held, which keeps decisions long term and the cap table simple.
Fit

Invest in Hypefox if

Money is the easy part of a cap table. Alignment is the hard part, so here is ours.
  • You value quality over quantity

We run two brands well instead of ten badly. A launch waits until the platform under it is ready, and a feature ships when it holds up, not when a quarter ends.

  • You want products without a template

Velrix federates self-hosted realms into one platform: a category with no incumbent to copy and no playbook to follow. We build the things the big providers have no reason to build.

  • You care about cost discipline

Owned hardware, a small team and internal financing keep the cost base flat while the platforms grow. Efficiency here is not a savings program, it is how the company was built.

  • You believe sovereignty is the direction

Europe is moving its data home, by regulation and by preference. A Swedish company on Swedish hardware with no foreign parent is positioned where that current flows, not fighting it.

  • You value lasting local relationships

Our colocation, connectivity and hardware come from suppliers we know by name, close to home in and around Malmö. We would rather deepen a relationship that has carried us for years than shave a percent by tendering it away.

  • You think in years, not quarters

The company is under no pressure to raise or exit. We prefer partners who read that as strength, because it is what lets the products above stay uncompromised.
